The 21.1-kilometer half long distance race was secured by Hafeezul Barkat, as she finished the distance in 60 minutes, 17 minutes, and 12 seconds. In the half long distance race, Akram completed second, and Zaher Shah got the third position.

Muhammad Junaid, a Geo Reporter, likewise took part in the long distance race and he ran a 21.21km distance in 60 minutes, 47 minutes and 51 seconds time span at a 5:05 km/each hour pace.
