In the full long distance race, Israr Khatak completed second and Aamer Abbas got the third position.

The 21.1-kilometer half long distance race was secured by Hafeezul Barkat, as she finished the distance in 60 minutes, 17 minutes, and 12 seconds. In the half long distance race, Akram completed second, and Zaher Shah got the third position.
